By using the Buddytown™ web site you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

from the Buddytown™ Town Charter..."We the people of Buddytown™ hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal… we just don’t want to live with them. All people are endowed by their Creator with certain inalienable rights that among these are Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness. Alienable rights include an invitation, and subsequent residence on the humble streets of Buddytown™. To secure these rights, Governments are instituted amongst men, deriving their just powers by… well because they are the City Council, and the men aren’t.
We the City of Council of Buddytown™, in Order to ensure a more perfect Buddytown™, establish Justice, insure domestic tranquility, and promote the general welfare, do ordain and establish these Terms of Use from the Town Charter of Buddytown™"

General Conditions

1. Buddytown reserves the right to add, edit, or remove content based on citizen data and users of the website.
2. You must be 16 years and older to be a registered citizen of buddytown.
3. Buddytown is not responsible to loss of citizen data, hacked, or stolen property within the town.
4. You may not use Buddytown's content in any illegal purpose or unauthorized manner.
5. What is created on Buddytown stays on Buddytown. With the exception of a few rss feeds that MUST be approved by one of the CityCouncil members, all content is restricted to stay on and within the Buddytown website.
6. Thou shalt not display images, screenshots, archives, zips, digital or analog formats of what Buddytown is to outside users. Buddytown is invitation only and should stay within the bounds and borders of Buddytown.
7. You will conduct orderly behavior within our town or you will be booted, deleted, or jailed.
8. Buddytown reserves the right to display your citizen data publicly, especially when in BuddyJail™.
9. We reserve the right to do anything we want to our buddytown when we want.

Copyrights

What is yours is OURS. Once you enter into an agreement by accepting your passport or invitation to buddytown, all of your data including profile, photograph, comments, and content belong to the owners and council of buddytown. You may choose to leave buddytown, but it is up to the sole discretion of the buddytown™ city council whether or not your citizen profile should be removed from the buddytown database.

Privacy

During your stay as a citizen of Buddytown, we will agree to keep your email and password confidential at all times.
